      The 30 days is very good value, the 15 day option is only slightly cheaper hence we do not offer it at this stage.

      Out Indonesian sim card is a local SIM, you can easily top up at a convenience store and buy more data or calls packages through *123# or their app (Bima)

      For example their call package starts from Rp 5,000 for 20 mins!

      Since our Indonesian SIM is a local SIM card you will need to activate with your passport. Alternatively we have other SIM that include Indonesia with no activation required (but more expensive).

      Our Indonesian local SIM is one of the most popular product and most customers were able to activate with no problem :) all the instruction is in the link provided.

        Of course its cheaper to buy locally, we are offering convenience to get it delivered in Australia, all our plans our transparent and you get Australian support.

        We find most people buy their SIMs at the airport which can be very expensive :).

        For those who are willing to go to local shop it is definitely cheaper but Indo loves to hide the data inclusion. The headline may be 10GB but in fact its broken down to 2GB anytime, 5GB video streaming and 3GB for 1am-6am for example.

    1. With the EU & UK sim 30 days (12GB data), I see that it has 4G and 3G speeds. Is it 4G only in UK, Sweden, Denmark, Austria and rest has 3G speeds?
    2. How is it different from the EU & UK (15GB data) 14 days. Is the 14 days sim with 4G all over Europe?
    3. Can you provide a list of countries with 4G and 3G coverage please and carriers if possible?

      Broadly if a country has 4G coverage then the SIM will provide 4G speeds.

      1. I am not sure where you get the 4G being only in 4 countries but most of the 71 countries listed will definitely have 4G speeds. If you want to go in detail please see the link here: http://www.three.co.uk/Support/Roaming_and_international/Roa…. Then go to the individual country you want to go into and they have a coverage map where you can see 4G coverage

      2. The 14 Day Europe SIM is provided by a different provider - I have personally used this and I have 4G access everywhere I go.

      3. As mentioned most countries should have 4G, the only 3G coverage is countries that do not have 4G activated, I will see if I can find out.

        Ok I have looked into this for Three UK product (12GB 30 days) the 3G countries are:

        Hungary, Isle of Man, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, NZ, Panama, Peru and Sweden.

        - I have checked the coverage and see that all major cities has 4G coverage, so I can expect full 4G service (unlike Amaysim, Lebara etc who have limited coverage hanging off a major provider like Telstra for example)?
        - I am guessing this is a UK based sim with roaming (as EU is roaming free)
        - I am also guessing I do not have any restrictions to call a UK number from Austria or Italy and vice versa?

          You can expect 4G coverage as these are provided by Three UK

          Yes this is UK based SIM, the second SIM is provided by O2 Network.

          You will have a local UK number and since EU roaming is free you can definitely call UK number from Europe.

    Sorry, n00b question here - how does the expiry work? For the Europe one it has an expiry of 31/12, but the US one is 30/06.

    So I have to be in the US before end of June and land/activate the SIM before that date, otherwise I forfeit the service is that how it works? (I'd like to use this for business but Im not sure whether I will be in the US before that time)

      Did you mean the 8 Day USA & Canada Travel SIM? In this case the expiry is 30 June 2020 so yes you have to be there before this date to use the service.

    The 30 day europe uk deal seems really good for sim you can get before you go. I shamelessly use free wifi on the road, and I found 12GB was enough for some video chatting back home when I was away from wifi. You may find a better deal at the destination country, but it will take a lot of extra time finding the right place and getting it setup. For me it took about 4 days before I found the right place and about 2 hours to walk to the shop and go through all the paperwork and setup. With this its good when you arrive.

      Yes the SIM can be recharged but it would be very expensive unless you don't mind PAYG rates.

      We suggest buying the 8 Day USA + Canada option as well.

      Once 5GB is reached in Mexico and Canada it will be Unlimited Data at 128 kbps.

    I bought a sim card on this deal (USA 30 Day (AT&T) at $35.90) and am using it now in USA. I didn't expect it would have a Hong Kong number, which means no one here can call me directly.
    Internet on the AT&T network however works great. So fallback is facetime and whatsapp…but can't get businesses and people to return my calls :(
