Great Job Pie Eyed, and Great Game. Thanks for the post ….. Cherry Popped.

There's not much else out there like it. It's a bit rough around the edges, but it's improving. There've been some occasional server issues over the last couple of weeks due to the game becoming increasingly popular, but they're working on it.

  • +3

I think it's closer to $60 or more with their payment processing fees. When I bought this game it was like ~15% or something on top of the base cost.

  • +1

Is there australian servers or are we going or another?

    • Yes

    • Theres one AU Server but more are planned in the future

    • +1

theres aus server/s but they are also servers in Singapore and Indonesia soon too which will expand the server amounts without having too bad of a connection to them. There's no voicechat in the game so non english speakers don't affect how you play (unless you believe that pro gaming runs through their blood)

      • too bad of a connection to them

70ms to Singapore isn't that great. FTTP and other users connected directly to NBN will have 10ms or so.

        • Well I am one of those people lol

  • The main difference between the different versions seem to be the size of the stash. Can the size of the stash be expanded later on if you buy the standard edition?

    • +2

Yeah but it's an insane grind to upgrade the stash and I don't think you keep the upgrade when they do a server wipe.

    • +3

Best to buy standard and see if its a game you like and enjoy after a month or 2 then you'll know whether to upgrade or keep standard edition

    • +1

The true ozbargainer way is to borrow a friends account and find out if you like the game and then buy an upgraded edition because when upgrading you have to pay the fees again so it's more than just buying that edition to begin with

  • +1

Not much discount as VAT tax+payment fee gets slapped on top.

It really is an expensive game, considering this is the 20% off price.

      Too much for me.

      • You might be able to get it cheaper if you select US and buy it with a VPN, but I think there might be region locks although they might not apply for Australian servers

        • Region lock is kinda a thing (there's a worldwide version and USA version, supposedly we are meant to get the USA version), I can't remember what changes off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure we can do either. Also, buying with a VPN isn't necessarily needed as you can just change country, which I tried (with an American PayPal account I made) but PayPal kept throwing an error with both my cards I tried using so you might not be able to use Australian cards to buy it this way.

  • Since the last patch I cannot stop playing this game
