      Asked them to cancel my order the other day, it's been over 3 weeks and still no shipping date. They said they couldn't cancel it but only 'put in a request'. Very disappointed, would steer clear for the time being.

      They 'shipped' my order from the 1st of Feb 4 days ago, however AusPost has no record of it.

      It doesn't instil any confidence that's for sure.

          Auspost app is showing no record even when manually importing the tracking number Adidas sent me.

          Did your tracking number turn up in the Auspost app?

            @f0x13: Use the Adidas app to chat to an operator, I had the same problem and they told me the tracking number showing on the website aside the order isn't correct/trackable and gave me my real tracking number.

    The reason for the shipping delay, is due to Toll being affected by a randomware attack. It's not adidas's fault.

    Their shoe soles have shallow grip. I think it will be worn and need replacement after about a year. A lot of Nikes are like this also.

    Bought a few pairs of Ultraboosts a few months ago cheap to see what the fuss was about.

    I am not a fan. the material gets dirty incredibly easily.
    Any liquid is soaked immediately into the shoe.

    With all my nikes I can wipe them down with some dettool wipes and the dirt and mud is removed immediately.

    With the Ultraboosts, they dont just get dirty, they stain.

    Am I missing something?

    Theyre comfortable, but no more comfortable than my other shoes.

    Are they just popular because celebs wear them?

      You should have a try the UB 20, 19 is bit rougher, but they changed on 20, I have a few pairs already, UB19 is not bad.

        Physical outlet prices are usually 30% off, same as online outlet. So he's saying you get further 50% off at the physical outlets. Online you're getting further 37% off after code and cashback.

        I find it uncomfortable just walking in them. The boost is soft but it's too thin, so it feels like the ball of my feet are hitting the ground. Or maybe the boost on my pair has bottomed out. Although I haven't worn them that much.

        Might be also what you order. I ordered 2 ultra boost on 23 feb before 12pm Perth time and they ship it out on 24 feb. If you order a few items mixed with clothing and other things that may slow process.

              @rily001: Mine never worked as it was different from the actual parcel. It was shipped by express post, so you should get it relatively quick.
