    After opening a dispute with Shopback for not receiving the tracking on this deal, Myer have rejected the cashback as my order was over $70 and automatically applied free delivery.

    Apparently their reasoning is that the cashback is not to be used with any other promotions, even though the free delivery was applied transparently and the promo code field was empty when I checked out.

    Are any of you guys aware of this occurring on similar orders??? I find this an incredibly misleading promotion if that's the case!

      YES! I've raised a dispute with Shopback too and it's been sitting at Pending stage for 4 days.
      It stated the cashback will be tracked within 2 days and it's not. I've been waiting for 6 days now and nothing appear in my cashback activity.

      Now I doubt that I might have the same issue as you since Shopback cashback is not to be used with any other promotions. Damn it.

      My order included free delivery for >$70 too but received ShopBack tracking confirmation email within 3 hours and they are pending in cash back history. Though it has taken them pretty long to ship out and been provided Auspost tracking just before the weekend.

    Something is very*1000 fishy here. Here is my dispute with Shopback and potentially with Myers;
    Starting with my reply to Cashback rejecting my transaction on a $3000 TV;

    Hi Debra,

    Thank you for your email. The initiate order from Myer was cancelled but his was order number 1065201933. This was made at 6am, 29 Feb.
    I went back into Shopback and made a fresh new purchase at 11.14 am local time, (12.14 am AEDT). This is purchase order no. 1065206462. This was because the cash back is 15% during the time slot.
    During the whole time when purchasing, I did not do any of the action you have listed;
    1. Using promo codes that are not eligible for cashback
    2. Opening of web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner or an advertisement on the store’s website whilst shopping
    My purchase was tracked according to the Shopback website;
    Please review my request to have my request for Activity validated. I hope there is no confusion between purchase order number 1065201933 and purchase order no. 1065206462. There is no evidence to indicate I have done anything to invalidate my shopback purchase transaction through the Shopback. I appeal for your just and fair assessment and look forward to your favourable reply.

      I have the same experience here. On the leap year sale, shopback has increased the Myer 10% cashback to 15%. I made 3 transactions 30 minutes apart. The most expensive one, $400, they said cannot be claimed due to reasons they already said above. But I havent done anything different from the other 2 transactions. Another thing for the other 2 that got tracked, I had to email them and chase the cashback. They did not track automatically. I really find this a bit fishy. They probably will just pocket the commission for my transaction.

      What's annoying is I bought a 400 giftcard with a 7% discount from my wife's company thinking I could use it in conjuction with the cashback but upon reading the terms before the promotion, I realised that I could not use it. So to maximise the discount, I went with just shopback with a credit card purchase. I am keep my 400 giftcard now for another in store purchase. Anyway, looks like they have just been ignoring my messages now. What the guys here have said feels very much like what will happen, they will pocket the commission on the expensive purchases.
