This is actually a really good deal, even including the membership. Both machines are perfectly capable in 2020 and will run any regular workload (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign or Office365 plus tons of browser tabs) like a champ. You can't get MacOS for this price anywhere.

Personally i think it’s a good deal if both macs come with mint and sealed condition.
Still, bear in mind that mac mini 2020 is around the corner.
Edit: if the membership fee is not a joke :)
