Hello, fellow Ozbargainer's! My name is Zac Kaplan.

A few months ago we launched our website cheaperdelivered.com, an Australian business selling subscription-based products, we utilise the benefits of combined shipping, bulk buying and concentrated products to pass on massive savings to our customers.

I would like to post out our toilet paper, we have plenty of stock and have not increased the prices to gouge consumers as other online toilet paper stores have done.

You will find on our website that you can make orders and, if we do run out you can place a back-order and have it confirmed within 3 days (it is very likely to be confirmed), we are charging $0.25 (twenty-five cents!) per hundred sheets of toilet paper https://cheaperdelivered.com/product/premium-recycled-48-rol…, you get a $6 discount if you pick up the toilet paper from our office in Melbourne CBD (call/email for details on pickup). Our prices are highly competitive, especially when compared to eBay/Who Gives A Crap/Amazon/Coles (for recycled)
All of our toilet paper is environmentally friendly and most are recycled

Products will be posted within 1-2 days and we use couriers please and Australia post for delivery, delivery times may vary but typically it's 1-5 days.

Our super concentrated washing powder can be purchased with our toilet paper only, it's at an incredible price $0.25 per 100g (equals 500g of regular washing powder)

  I have used ozbargain a lot in the past but never joined or posted any comments. I am brand new here, so please be patient with me.
  With the current shortage of toilet paper, I came across this thread last week and ordered from "cheaper delivered" on Friday 13 March.
  On Sunday 15 March, I got an email notification saying that the order has been fulfilled and was given an Interparcel tracking no.
  Yesterday Tuesday 17 March, approximately 10am, I checked on the Interparcel tracking website and found that the parcel tracking had not moved. So I sent an inquiry via the "cheaper delivered" website, asking for estimated time of delivery or if I could pick it up instead.
  Up to today Wednesday 18 March, I did not get a response. So I called the number on the website 03 85183111 at around 11.30am. The person that answered my call was very rude. He told me to put in a website inquiry. I told him that i did that yesterday and did not get a response. This person told me that once the parcel has a tracking no, he could not tell me when it will reach me. He told me to ring up Interparcel.
  I rang Interparcel and gave them the tracking no. Interparcel told me that the parcel was booked but not delivered to the Interparcel drop-off point (ParcelPoint). Interparcel told me to ring up "cheaper delivered" to see if they had actually dropped off the parcel at ParcelPoint.
  What a convoluted process of tracking this parcel!!! I am beginning to have doubts as to the legitimacy of this company.
  Has anyone ordered from "cheaper delivered" and actually got their order delivered?

    Yeah I'm in the same situation. Non existent communication from this mob. Still haven't received my stock and no replies to any of my enquiries or emails. I'm going to request a refund somehow and cancel the subscription. I understand that they're probably busy from all the orders, but to not have emails answered for a week is pretty poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

      Hi All,

      Just a follow up, finally received my order today after placing my order on the 8th of March.

      Did receive a passive aggressive email reply finally, with a tracking number, after weeks of asking.

      I understand that they were running behind due to the overwhelming demand for toilet paper, and coming from someone who loves to shop, would never in my life shop from this place again.

      Good luck to you if you do decide to buy from here.

    Hi mate you're very incorrect, if you try to get toilet paper now you won't be able to find it and we are cheaper than all other online suppliers e.g whogivesacrap.com

      You can get them easily at Costco if you get there early.

      If you are over 60 you can get it at. Please or woolies or IGA with the community hour.

        Well for those who can't make it to the very few locations that cost is based in, at the crack of dawn and who don't feel like spending $80 for the privilege of giving them money to drive there and get some, you can without any signup fee from the comfort of your own home have it delivered to you, I think that's a more sensible plan :)

          @zackpal: If you actually did any research, rather than badmouthing all your competitors, you'll find that the cost isn't $80.

          You just lost more credibility

          Also maybe focus on proofreading what you write, 'cause what is 'cost'? Did you mean Costco?

  I made the mistake of ordering from cheaperdelivered. To this day their web sit still advertises product. They will take your order and charge your credit card. But do not respond to comms and as far as I can tell have no intention of shippping orders. Contact VISA and report them.
