    8GB RAM, 128GB storage….same with my laptop configuration……

    • You need more storage

  • Just bear in mind that I've got an "unconventional" prime model of Xiaomi released in 2019 (Mi Mix 5G) which STILL has not received MIUI11, which numerous cheaper models have received months ago.

Could always just chuck lineages on it. Better performance and less botnet than miui.

      • thanks for the tip. Just checked it and the phone is not in their supported devices list :(

        • xda developers have a few roms for the mi mix 5g, including instructions on how to install

        • Basically what wouwout said. As long as the ROMs been out a few months on XDA its usually stable enough that it won't matter. Keep in mind you'll need to install gapps if you want stuff like google play.

screen with 270Hz touch sampling rate & 90Hz refresh rate

    Soggy sandwiches.

rather that than biscuit i suppose…

      • I imagine it's much the same, just bigger and not absorbent

is the S20 range better than this, the specs looks very competitive?

    • This is a heavily gaming-geared phone, they have a bunch of accessories that you can buy for it. I don't know a lot more about it.. This has a headphone jack though haha

    • theres more to a phone than specs, id suggest going into a store to see which OS you prefer the feel of more.. main differences between this and the s20 range are 90hz vs 120hz, slightly larger battery in the s20 (5000~) and overall look and build quality (as another commenter said this is more of a gaming phone and will probably feel quite bulky - although the s20 ultra is no wafer)

    I think this website is a scam-front.
    We're biting quick.

The website "contact us" gives 0 information regarding the seller, contact methods, phone, email, location.

This is very typical to phony websites.

That's the same reason , tmo, they don't support PayPal :)
Its harder to get your money back once you've payed with CC

    • Also no PayPal payment option…

      • +1

Yeah just edited my post, saw they didn't support no 3rd party payment methods.

Lol, they just enabled PayPal :P

    • Without information regarding the seller, contact methods, phone, email, location on the seller's website Ozbargain removes the post. The information you seek is available in website's Privacy Policy. Paypal payments are accepted. Not sure why you didn't get the option. Its just a new business and we'll keep improving for sure.

CC and debit card payments are as secured as Paypal. You just need to contact your bank :)

      • I genuinely don't believe you.

I'd like to hear from someone who actually purchased from your store at a certain point if anything.
You can edit whatever information you want on that website at any point.

I didn't go through the Privacy Policy prior , so don't know if there's anything to it.

      • You know what? Even a picture of your stock would suffice :) , a picture that shows you've got quantity on hand ready to ship.

At the moment we have social proof on the website. Its a Shopify powered website so the social proof cannot be fake. We are new but we’ll keep upgrading :)

    • +1

The latest news and follow us sections are fake.

      • Definitely not the kind of websites I'd give thousands of dollars to.

      • +1

        Fake, or just non-existent yet?

  • They never market black shark as a xiaomi phone in China. In fact, black shark 3 is developed with Tencent.

  • I'm no lawyer guy, but shouldn't there be some sort of ABN and stuff down the bottom (amongst other things)?

To be fair to the OP, he's been around a few years and not changed name or anything.

So, likely a small dropship business maybe?

  • No paypal?

    • PayPal Express checkout is available

  • May I know if this is this the global or CN version? How long is the warranty and where to I send it to if something goes wrong with the phone?

    • Hi. Black Shark 3 does not have the Global version or ROM at the moment. Only CN version with English and Chinese languages.

      • Does Google Pay work on Blackshark phones in Australia?

  • Will you guys have the Pro too?

    • Yes for sure. Expected before end of the month

      • Great! Any chance you guys are looking at adding AfterPay as an option?
