Me too. They've revised delivery date to 24/3
I never received any communication after the original purchase confirmation - cant track delivery, cant log in to any account
OK so they've finally shipped today, 16 days later, but it's only one of the two bottles I ordered.
That's the only communication I've received since purchase - we've started to deliver it to you today.
Mine was sitting at the store doing nothing becuase 1 of the 4 products I ordered wasnt in stock. Don't know what their plan was, or if there was one. Anyway they substituted it for another product when I called to query. Probably won't order from them again, as they'll only deliver to you if your local catchment of stores has the product in stock. I think theyll only organise the shipment from one store too, so at least one store in your local area has to have all your ordered products to fulfill the order. Thats not online shopping
Woohooo my one bottle of whisky arriving today, apparently. I'm going to party like like it's the 4th of March tonight.
Still waiting for delivery from the Shopback deal on 03/03. FCL dont respond to email, FB messages. Am I really going to have to take time out to call these guys?
