Telstra 9151 DECT Cordless Phone & Answering Machine + 2 Handsets $59

90

I was looking for a cordless telephone set and came across this deal at Officeworks tonight. Snapped it up and after doing a bit of research, it turns out its in their catalogue as a "New Lowest Price". This is not a clearance (I know how much OzBargain hates them) and was in stock for online order at time of post.

Cordless Phone & Answering Machine + 2 Handsets (3 total)

What's weird is that the box itself says Telstra 9150 but it scans up at the register as the Telstra 9151 for $59

You DON'T need to be with Tel$$$tra to use this - it simply plugs into your phone port

  • I wouldn't buy it on grounds of being Telstra but that's a good price for 3 DECT phone pack. I paid $40 for a single one from Officeworks a few weeks ago and didn't come with an answering machine.

  • Thx Joe. Just one quesiton, Is this answering machine works like, speaker turns on with caller leaving message and can be picked while the caller leaving message (screening?)?.

    • Bought one yesterday and it does have the feature.

  • Keep erroring when I try to purchase it.

Good deal. I purchased the CLS9153 Telstra 9150 quad DECT cordless phone (Base +3 handsets) a few months back from Kmart for $79.
Kmart also had the 8200a quad pack for the same price. So might be worth checking out Kmart if you are looking for more handsets version.

  • Bought one, thanks for the info.

  • Do they have an aux out to plug a headset in?
    Cheers

  • what does "Wireless (Wi-Fi) Network Friendly" means?

    • In the past cordless phone which uses 2.4ghz band interfere with Wi-Fi performance, I though DECT (1.8GHz) in itself does not interfere with WIFI. So they put "Wireless (Wi-Fi) Network Friendly" in just for marketing hype.
