It applies fine, but doesn't do a discount on the discounted items in the checkout. It does however do discounts on items that are not 25% OFF.
I don't think the sale is live yet - once you reach checkout, the price reverts to the original price with no discount !

I ordered, and was charged full-price in the total, but the line item price showing the discount.
Mine was only a $16.99 item supposed to be discounted to $12.74. So I might ask over the counter during click 'n collect, or call customer service.
