Coles Mastercard Account Cover Plus Claim Form Not Working

I just wanted to check if anyone else has had any issues with the Coles Mastercard Price Protection form not working. (located at https://www.latitudefinancial.com.au/insurance/make-a-claim/)

Every time I submit the form, it sends me back to the beginning again.

    Yes, I do, same problem here! It never works for me either! It just loops at the end back to the form, back to the beginning again.

    It used to work, but now it does not (last worked for me in Sept 2018). From my recollection, I have tried different browsers: firefox / Chrome / Edge, different privacy: incognito / not incognito, different operating systems: Linux / Windows, different hardware: desktop / laptop - none worked. It's just completely broken as far as I can tell.

    I now have to phone them every time I make a price protection claim. It's a PITA. And every time I ask them about whether there are any technical problems with the form, or whether anyone else has had problems, they always claim nobody else has ever reported a problem, I'm the only one, etc. I always suspected they were telling me porkies, and now I know they were.

    Thanks for the feedback. Tried in 2 browsers plus incognito mode, still looping for me (and has been for the past week). Guess I'd better call them.

      Unfortunately yeah. 1800 800 230 -> 2: claim -> 1: Australia -> 1: new claims -> Wait in a queue (up to 25 mins sometimes, so put be prepared to put on loudspeaker and go about your day until they answer)

      Online form worked in Sept 2018, not working from May 2019 onwards, at least for me.

      • Thanks for reporting your experience! I have no idea why it's looping. I also really don't want to call them to lodge this form that should be able to be done online… I wonder why it works for some others but not for us.

      • @nickj - Just a heads up that the call centre is now closed, so now there is no way to lodge a claim at all if you are experiencing the looping issues.

        • I am trying to put a claim through online and am running into the looping issue :(
