Also it would seem like there is an updated referral system for new uber eats customers. New customers give 50% off (up to $12) to the referee and referrer gets 40% off next order. If you have an account before this change came into effect then the original referral system still stands.

Activating the new number without credit is fine, but I believe only Telstra lets you do that now
