    We got 3 Japan sims for our family trip last month and we've previously bought it on two other trips. It's simple enough to set up and we've never had any issues.       Yep, that one works in NZ too and is better value if you're going to multiple countries but if you're only going to NZ, I'd recommend grabbing a NZ specific SIM because it'll be more reliable 4G data as it's a NZ local SIM! Plus it'll give you calls/texts to NZ & Oz

    I got 2 of these for a 6 week trip to Europe. They were a little bit awkward to enable (had to turn the phone off and on and restart it). Great reception across most of the tourist destinations in Europe and had access to call different places, hotels etc.

    The wife had one and I had the other. We overlapped for about 12 days in the middle. I would have loved to get 2x 45 day sims, but it worked out OK.

    Would be more than happy to support you guys more (we usually travel overseas once a year), but we just had a baby and I can't see us going anywhere for a little while. Especially with COVID-19 hanging about.

    I do hope you guys recover when an vaccine is available and the staff are welcomed back with open arms.

        I ended up buying your Ultra Mobile Unlimited USA SIM. Since I might stay there for more than 30 days, I want to ask what's stopping the SIM from being recharged?

        I see that the Ultra Mobile Tourist-only plan can't be recharged, but you SIM more resembles the unlimited $49 USD plan.

        I have a US debit card and proof of address which most Aussies might not.

    I'll just chime in with the others here to say that I've had great experiences with Aidan & his company. My first contact a few years ago was to buy some SIM cards the day before a sale, contacting Aidan & having the difference refunded to bring it down to the sale price. Bought more with them since then & currently hanging onto some for a Costa Rica/USA trip later this year that may or may not go ahead.
