Great, really love this website. When will the Pro expire?

    • +1

I would assume it would expire at the end of the year.

That's the end of the school year in the US…

  • How do you get a .edu email?

    • +2

      Be a student or teacher

      • Thanks captain obvious, I’m asking the OzB way if you are not a student and teacher

        • You don't.

  • Just received mine with my uni alumni email address

  • +1

I've my uni alumni email and when you sign up with it, it doesn't ask you for confirmation and gives you the option to link you to your gmail account.
All that in one go, so .edu becomes redundant, anyways, thanks OP.

    • thanks for pointing out, updated the post.

    • When you say link to your gmail account, is that after you sign in, and manually change your email to gmail under Basic Information?

  • [email protected] is enjoying Codecademy Pro

  • Upload your school-issued document that shows
    Your full name
    Your school
Date proving enrollment for the current term (or within the last 3 months)
    Acceptable examples include:
School ID card with expiration date
    Class schedule
    Tuition receipt

  • Hmmm, I just tried signing up with my work edu account and the only prompt is for me to pay for a subscription and they'll donate subscriptions to others. What am I missing?

Yep, looks like they implemented student verification. And its now only available to colleges in US by the looks of it. Sorry.
