My local supermarket seems to have adequate stock when I have been, and my local butcher has plenty.
Due to COVID-19 and panic buying there is a retail shortage of fresh meat Australia wide.
Not in Perth. Stop spreading FUD.
I can imagine however you're getting absolutely hammered by this as businesses aren't taking product from you any more. Hopefully you can move into retail distribution without too much difficulty =) good luck!

i dont mind supporting locals but some of the items are quite expensive…. eg. the minced meats..

there would be a massive difference in quality
I pay about what they are charging per KG at my local butcher, why do i pay so much? because the quality is there
the $6 500g packs at Coles/Woolies etc are trash when compared to butcher quality meat.
I cant eat the trash the supermarkets sell and try and pass off as mince any more.
Once you find a quality butcher you wont either
