I just called in to Good Guys in Fyshwick, ACT to spend a voucher and they seem to be clearing out all their current stock of console games. The prices were very good for domestic stores, comparable or better than UK imports. The range and stock levels weren't fantastic, but there were a few very good deals.

I picked up three games for the Xbox: LA Noire for $39.50, Medal of Honor (Limited Edition) for $24.50, and Portal 2 for $34.50.

A few other noteworthy games there included (all Xbox versions):
Alan Wake (Limited Edition) for $15 (only 1 copy)
Halo 3 for $20
Gears of War 1 (Classics) and 2 (GotY) for $15 each
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood for ~$35

If I'd thought of it at the time I would have taken a photo on my phone and then I wouldn't have forgotten half of them! Not sure if it's just the Fyshwick store or if others are doing the same (possibly just Fyshwick though as I believe the stores are all independently owned).

    Special also at Warrawong NSW, but pricing generally higher than quoted by OP. Limited range too. Some Special Price tags were higher than the shelf price LOL
