Myer have joined Kmart, Target and David Jones in reducing their free shipping threshold.

Free standard delivery now on orders $49+
Orders $48.99 and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $7.95.
4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.
7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

    It has taken Myer 5 business days to prepare my last order for shipping (not including the actual shipping time) so be prepared for some delays when buying from this retailer.

      Shouldn't be any issues:

      Myer will continue to operate all online businesses, the company said in a statement on Friday night.
      It has reduced the threshold for free delivery to $49 per order and has relaxed its returns policy.

      Kathmandu also closed their stores today and apparently David Jones will be doing the same.

        Honestly the writing was on the wall for Myer going online already, which is a shame as they sell a lot of mid range brands of homewares, shoes electrical etc. nice to have that alternative option between kmart and high end.

          Their business model is flawed in this new era, but the Myer stores aren't ALL closing, are they? I don't see any news articles about them all closing.

            @dangerdanger: The comment is 2 years old*. They were closed temporarily due to COVID like many businesses when Delta hit hard.
