It seems to me that the alcohol in this actually costs twice as much.

1500ml @ 40% = 600ml actual alcohol content for $70 (11.67 per 100ml)
Brisbane Distillery hand sanitiser:
500ml @ 80% = 400ml actual alcohol content for $22.41 ($5.61 per 100ml)
