Nier: Automata, one of the most beloved games of this console generation, is going to expand to a wider audience soon. The Become As Gods edition of the game—which includes all of the DLC released for the PS4 version—is joining the subscription service on April 2.

The game is coming to the console version of Xbox Game Pass, so PC users are out of luck. But Xbox One players who have not checked out the critically-acclaimed action title will be able to dig into it very soon.

Users who wish to block "Additions to Subscription Services" can do so by adding SUBS to their deals customisation. * Xbox Game Pass, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus etc. are considered additions to subscription services. You can also block seeing deals from certain stores or users by hitting the hide button below. Discussion Thread

    PSN Plus looks stupid compared to Xbox Game Pass and I've been using it for the past 8+ years now :(.

      PSN Plus is more comparable to Xbox Live Gold, and PlayStation Now to Game Pass.

    This game is (profanity) amazing.

    Definitely a game if your a Neon Genesis Evangelion fan story/concept wise.

    This game made me cry and almost destroy my pc from the story, not from poor performance, game or content design.

    This game could easily have a money back guarantee.

    Wish it was on PC game pass. Seriously just parity match the games if they’re available on both platforms.

      It wouldn't really work on PC. The dev has never patched the game despite numerous game breaking bugs for a lot of setups.

      It's mostly solved my a community mod which is great, but games can't be modded on the xbox launcher (I believe).

        It depends. Some games are a regular executable for launching, whilst some are UWP.

          I've found that even the regular programs delivered by the Microsoft Store are still locked down and unable to be modded

          Last I checked the entire installation folder is encrypted, you can't even access it.

          It was a pain in the ass just to delete the folder after you've uninstalled everything last I tried

        Yep. I've found this out as well. I love the value of Game Pass PC, but seriously the locked out nature is the pits.

        I mean, even simple tweaks like disabling intro splash screens can be impossible to pull off. My impression is that it brings the "console" gaming experience straight to PC, warts and all.

    Another win for Gamepass. Just finished GTA V on it. Time to sell my sealed copy I've had for years.

    I was pleasantly surprised to see The Surge 2 being added the other day seeing as I had been wanting to buy it. Nier is another one. Now I'm just waiting for Control to be added…

    Any idea why ff7 is only available on PS? That seems to be really weird and cutting almost 1/3 of the gaming market revenue off..

      There are literally no other listing for Nier Automata, aside from just the game.
