  Got $240.00 Groupon credits from refunds to use within 180 days. Not sure what to use it for. Not eligible for cash rewards as well.

  /has anyone successfully got a refund from Groupon?

  I have not been able to contact them at all during this time, they have removed all methods of communication from their site.

    They are not refunding vouchers but will convert the value of the vouchers to Groupon credit with an 180 day expiry.
