This may have limited appeal but Mondo, are having free shipping on all their vinyl for a week (ends 21 November). They specialise in soundtracks, usually with superb artwork and packaging. Considering shipping costs to Australia, I think this represents a significant saving if you are after any of their titles.Will post on the main page later tonight, though I suspect it is unlikely to get many hits.

they oversold RATM vinyl and won't ship mine now. they have refunded the vinyl cost but haven't adjusted the shipping cost.

Once you’re a member, what’s the price for a record outside of the standard monthly one you get? And do they throw anymore GST on top?
The member pricing for store purchases is about $5 less, and includes free shipping. They're currently direct shipping even if you select to bundle it with your ROTM.
None of my store purchases have had GST added, not sure if it's an oversight, but the membership fee and add-on tracks have GST added.

I've only been a member for a few months, but I'm happy so far, it's been good for discovering different music. I first noticed them on Discogs, where often the highest rated pressing of a record were from them.
Each month they release four exclusive records of the month (Classics, Essentials, Hip-Hop, Country), these can be remasters of had to find or first time vinyl. You subscribe to a primary "track", but at any time have the option to switch tracks, or add-on any or all of the others for USD$33+GST on a month-per-month basis. If you don't like the picks of the month you have the option to swap for a previous ROTM or other store exclusives. The swaps open with limited numbers of highly sought after releases that are no longer available, these go quickly but are a good opportunity for new members to grab previous releases. They also have a weekly drop of new store exclusives for members.

The downside is currently the shipments are taking about 3-4 weeks to get here by DHL, but the mailers they use are pretty good, and if anything arrives damaged or is faulty they will send out a replacement.
@hidalgo: Thank you for the reply and sharing your experience. Makes sense to go for the year long subscription for value. I like that you can swap releases out too.
@Robydc: No worries, I decided to go with a year too. I think the free shipping on store purchases makes it worthwhile.
To get the best swap options you will also have to set an alarm for 3 or 4 am once a month, and if you don't like any of the ROTM or swaps you can also just opt for store credit that month.
