My GamePass Ultimate is about to expire (previously used the $1 stack on LIVE trick). If I extend my Xbox LIVE subscription, can I use the $1 trick again?
UPDATE: You can do it more than once as long as the Game Pass Ultimate has expired or ask Microsoft chat support to forcefully cancel it before subscribing to LIVE again.

Just tried… confirmed. You can do it more than once.
probably better off letting ultimate expire… reload up to 3 years max, of gold… and upgrade the 3 years of gold to ultimate for a dollar (15.95 otherwise) a 12 month gold subscription will extend your current ultimate subscription by only 3 months… be sure to switch on/off auto renewal for an extra month everytime you bash in a code.
Thanks… ended up asking Microsoft chat support to cancel the Game Pass Ultimate (expiry was today anyway), then used https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/523359 (price now $51) twice, then added the $1 GPU stack so ended up with 27 months of Game Pass Ultimate for $103.
