I don't have rewards and offers only for you on the app and I guess I didn't get this deal it is not showing up anywhere.
It doesn't appear for me when I first open the app, but only after logging in. However I am not eligible for offers.
Check your Westpac offers & rewards. It will be there.

Edit: I just checked it on Westpac app under rewards in rewards & offers part. I didn't get it. But it's ok because the range of restaurants available for delivery in my area isn't that great on menulog. For delivery there is only like a Russian restaurant, Indian restaurant, Bubble tea slash juice bar restaurant and a kind of around the world new age kind of weird restaurant with only eight items but they are all from different countries oh and an Indian restaurant with standard Indian cuisine.
Personally the fish and chips and chook shop is heaps better than all of the above in town but there is a decent well priced Thai restaurant but they are pickup only atm no deliveries.

Did you use the right card? I know with these type of offers, my Debit Mastercard is eligible, but my new Altitude Platinum Mastercard isn't (hoping this will change soon once they get used to my buying patterns; my old Visa was eligible)
Yeah, got credit on the same card on a different reward before.
Maybe give it a few more days and follow up on Friday to account for the public holidays and weekends, which I assume were counted in your ten days?
Got $15 credited to my account overnight.
I did this a couple of weeks ago and the credit was in there after 1 business day.
