I just use a flathead screwdriver to pry open the lid and then refill with cheapie Aldi handwash.
Which one do you use? I tried using the Aldi foaming refill and it doesn't foam at all.

Can these be used straight out of the bottle as hand wash? Seems dumb Q's but i am really looking for an answer.

Yes you can use it basically like a normal hand wash out of the bottle but the bottle will get dirty from your contact kind of removing the purpose of using hands free automatic hand wash so germs don't spread onto the bottle and are eliminated with no unnecessary contact.
I'm assuming you can flip off the top, and refill other pump type dispensers. Well. that's my plan anyways since I can't buy any other type of anti bact handwash.

Yes you can. The first try is a bit difficult to pry the top off but after that you can clip the clear plastic bits that make it so hard to take off and from then on its easy.

For those that dont have the dispenser you can stick the end of a teaspoon into it to dispense the handwash.
If someone put it on eBay at this price they'd be hounded as profiteers. But Amazon does it and they're "helping us find essentials".
