I was looking for a cheap funnel to pour my home made hand sanitizer to a small bottle and came across this.

  I wish they put the smaller funnels on sale. I don't like these long ones, they won't sit in the oil filler hole well.

    You can unscrew the long flexible part, leaving just a short funnel

    A packet of chips will cost me more than $1 for sure. Can't grab them from park bins any more either thanks to covid.

    Oh I used half a 2L Coke bottle for years.
    Not even kidding was an amazing funnel.

    Costs $1.94 at the reject shop so essentially 94 cents for 2L of soft drink because $1 funnel :D

    but having something smaller would come in handy

      I've been using 1/2 a 1.25L Solo bottle for at least 4 years now haha. I can't see how it could be improved.

  The accordion style pipe with the density of hand sanitiser would likely waste a lot - even collapsed. Unless yours is quite runny. As some suggested - if you remove the hose may as well use a coke bottle / zip lock bag with corner snipped off. Kmart has a bunch of smaller funnels around $1-1.50. Don't know the consistency/quantity you're talking about though.
