                @Trantor: Ok, thanks…

Shouldn't that have brought the price down though?

The price of lamb has gone up instead last year.

                • @jv: lol if you believe that they'll drop the price….

    Hi Op,
what's the measurement of the rug? I'm after one, but in a different colour. Do you have something like this in stock?
    https://originaluggboots.com.au/collections/rugs-cow-hides/p…

    • sorry no. rugs are all over 110cm

      • Hi Op, thanks for your reply.
Ordered one anyway, just to support local business and jobs.

  • +2

so we made the discount even bigger for Oz Bargainers!!

    ZOMG, 2 whole dollars cheaper!

I don't think your servers will handle the rush of customers!

    • +9

well we sold over 500 on the last deal, so maybe??

  • +4

Supporting local bussinesses, purchased two, thank you

    • we really appreciate the support, thank you.

  • What's the variation in size like? I know you've said they're all 110cm but are their any bigger?

    • -1

these are some of the biggest rugs you will find, most shops don't have rugs this large

      • +1

Thanks, but you didn't really answer my question. What is the variation in size like between rugs in this price range?

        • these rugs are classed as our biggest, so above 110cm. these aren't stretched like Chinese made rugs, they are all 110-120cm

  • Any deals on the Long Sheepskin Cushion? 3 Cushions

  • Hi I'm a first timer here. The price coming up is $165 when I click on the link? Is it a $63 discount or is the price meant to be $63?

    • no problem at all, you need to use the code OZBRUG at checkout :)

      • Awesome thank you very much!

  • +1

Brilliant! Thanks, I just grabbed one.

hi OP, we have never bought anything from UGG before, although have heard for its popularity.

is this good for winter use? and can you reconfirm this is 110+cm length?

thanks… insterested to purchase, but would love to know more in term of the purpose. thanks OP for sharing

    • They are perfect for winter, very warm. yes 110cm length+

      • thank you OP
        much appreciated with your sharing…
it will be a perfect gift for my mrs.
can you kindly make sure to ship the large size 110+cm, larger the better :)
        Order #21368

        thank you again

      • +1

Can you please clarify how it can be used to keep warm in winter? I have one bought years ago from somewhere else and it's only used for decorative purposes.

  • +1

    Great seller

  • @Rep - serving the same popup on multiple pages for your mailing list is crappy. You can change the setting so it's only fed to a unique visitor…seeing it pop up a million times is frustrating for users and wont get your desired outcome

    • ill look into this, thanks

      • no probs - got a question on sizing if its ok to PM

  • +3

don't hold your breath on it arriving or being shipped anytime soon…based on the ugg slipper deal.

    • +1

Yes website says it should arrive within 10 business days. 2 weeks since we ordered and not even posted yet! Very quick to take the money though!

  • +1

Hi would u do a ozbros deal for the pillows?

Cute 90 bucks will prob seal the deal for 3

  • Quick question. After a few years of use these tend to get awfully dusty. What would you suggest is the best way to remove the dust and freshen the sheepskin again?

  • +2

Can't trust the seller. Shoes still not shipped, message keeps shifting daily. A week ago they claimed to have almost all shipped. Today it's 90%. No direct communication.

    • I got mine. As he said there are 5000 orders.
      need to be patient.

      • +4

Patience is one thing, and I'm happy to work on it. What I can't condone is misleading or false information from the seller, to quote:

        MarketingUggAustraliaOfficial on 02/04/2020 - 08:14
Again apologies, we have sent over 2000 orders and there are just under 600 to send today.

No mention of 5000 back then. I certainly got the impression those 600 were the last ones yet to go out.

        • There is no misleading, order numbers were delayed. we are trying to give you information as we have it. That deal sold over 5,000 slippers.the majority have been sent. Any remaining are number 1 priority.

          • -7

@UGGAustraliaOfficial: The deal expired on March 27th and on April 2nd you didn't know how many orders you had? Really?

            • +4

@team teri: Not at the time of the comment, You are throwing out accusations that aren't true. we are doing everything possible to get the remaining orders out quickly.

              • -4

@UGGAustraliaOfficial: What's not true? I believe you that some people are busy producing and shipping orders. And I believe you successfully stopped impatient people from cancelling by twisting the facts.

I don't like being manipulated like that. And I won't give any more business to a company that allows their marketing to behave that way.

                • +3

@team teri: Calm down TT. There are not much days passed between 2nd and 8th April. UGG are not thousand employee enterprise and I like them being Australian owned and made. These are hard times and lets support each other with less negativity.

                  • +1

                    @EnALup:

There are not much days passed between 2nd and 8th April.

I bought mine on the 25th - they've not been shipped yet.

    • I got my slippers ages ago

    • dont accuse the company and be patient. I have purchased multiple times before and all have been delivered. as rep has stated there is a delay

    • +1

      Totally agree, bad business practices

  • can you please put up some care information?

even on the website, it only has care information about boots, and not rugs.
    https://uggaustralia.com.au/pages/product-care-information

    thanks

    • Dry clean is the best option

      • Cool.

        What's the second best option?

        • +1

I've previously washed it in a pillowcase.

        • That would be a wet clean

        • +2

Washing machine with some Softly woolwash on a wool/handwash cycle.

Not regularly, but it would be unlikely to hurt ~yearly. I only washed an old one this way after housemate+puppy moved out.

  • +2

I wonder what percentage of the products posted on this site are 100% Australian made? I'm trying to stimulate the economy but most of my money seems to be going to Irish tax shelters for US firms.

    • we are 100% Australian made and owned

      • I know. I almost feel a patriotic duty to buy your Merino sheepskin although I have zero use for it.

    • Not very many unfortunately.

  • +1

Thanks op, bought one. More than happy to support small business

    • +1

Australian Manufacturing needs people like you :).

  • Can anyone comment on how robot vacuums manage these long hair rugs?

    • I don't think it would take in this rug. Too long and dense.

      • Thanks OP. Dropped you a pm.

  • Hi Op - What is the height?

  • Thanks, OP. Just ordered a couple of them.

  • Thanks OP. Ordered two to replace my parents old ones 👍

  • OP, if you have sensitive skin, are you against buying this product? I can't wear merino thermal so just curious if this will give me the itch.
