          these rugs are classed as our biggest, so above 110cm. these aren't stretched like Chinese made rugs, they are all 110-120cm

    Can't trust the seller. Shoes still not shipped, message keeps shifting daily. A week ago they claimed to have almost all shipped. Today it's 90%. No direct communication.

          Washing machine with some Softly woolwash on a wool/handwash cycle.

          Not regularly, but it would be unlikely to hurt ~yearly. I only washed an old one this way after housemate+puppy moved out.
