  I bought a bunch o stuff from the recent OzB sale but no tracking, no updates, just an order confirmation on the day of sale.

  Must have been a week or two now..

  EDIT: Placed the order 10 days ago (April 8), not a single update/email since then.

        Same day the last deal was posted. 8th. Delivery scheduled for coming Wednesday. That's really slow assuming they would have not sold much as it wasn't a popular deal.

  We are catching up now, however our website has been smashed with orders these past 3 weeks. We are very grateful for this, but it just caught us off guard a little.
  I'll try not bore you with too many details, however like many others, our business has been greatly affected by what has been happening in Australia recently. Our main source of income comes from selling to hospitality and to retail shops. With all dine-in hospitality shut, as well as most retail shops, along with our own retail shop and cafe in Pakenham, we were doing it tough.
  Most staff were stood down and we have been running on a skeleton crew. Around this the website orders have gone nuts, and we struggled to keep up.
  The positive side of this is, due to the web sales from all of you, we have been able to bring back most staff again, and as of next week we will have a full crew to fulfil your orders quicker.
  We thank you for your patience, and also for all your support during this difficult time.
