    • Hi OP,
Can we purchase 2 and stack the subscription for 2 years?

      • You can use these keys until 31/12/2021. You will get 365 days from the day you use a key. This means if you used a key on the end of 2021, you will use it till the end of 2022.
But if you won't use any of them except after 2 years from now, I am afraid this may not work.

  • i am currently running mcafee is kaspersky better?

    • Every PC is different but in general - YES. See the test sites I linked to above if you want to see details of tests, threat removal, and performance. I've just made a comment about McAfee above which might be of interest. KAS is regularly on special at SaveOnIT and possibly with this seller, and you can stack licences to take advantage of those specials (applies to home Windows users and possibly wider).

      • ive got 2 more months of macafee left on my gaming laptop, and its severely slowed down in performance. should i just install kasperky on it and run it from here on or wait till my macafee license expires?

        • +1

I don't know what your setup is but if McAfee's the cause of the performance drop then the answer looks straightforward. No need to pay for a KAS licence before you install and try it though. Have you googled to see what other gamers say about AVs and their particular systems?

There are many reasons why performance might drop off. You can check which processes are hogging Memory, CPU and Disk use using Windows Task Mgr (CTRL-ALT-DEL) and/or Resource Mgr. A simple but not definitive test would be to disable (or remove) McAfee and check if performance improves. If you're careful then you may not need any AV other than Windows security.

I just did a very quick google of 'performance drop off on gaming machine' and there's plenty of clues out there. GL
