Check the JB online prices before heading in to the store, I was just looking at one set that was "$941 - make an offer" instore, but the JB online price is $846 straight-up, no haggling with free delivery! Usual JB shenanigans!!! ;)
Went to Myer @ Adelaide today and saw 15% off (TV/electrical) for 2 days only, end tomorrow…could be cross all states
meh these things are never that good. can always haggle atleast 10% off, they jack up prices to compensate.
I had a look and didn't see any TV's for a great price.
Got my eye on a Sony 40" full hd for about $690 at the moment though.
The LG Lw9500 full HD fully backlit 55" LED (2d only) at $1800 delivered is pretty good…
Not really impressed with JB store on Melb City store (not sure other JB). I checked the price online for Panasonic P50GT30A on Sat 17/09/2011 , it was AUD 1996 before 10% off. When I added to cart, it came as AUD 1796.
When I went to JB Hifi on Melb City store on Sun 18/09/2011, the price was marked as around AUD 2180 (can't remember the exact amount) before 10% discount. On that instance I didn't bother to ask / haggle around.
