Note those are probably 100-1000 mcg whereas these are 22 mcg for B12.
Also worth noting the companies that own Centrum are real pieces of work and make Swisse (of The Checkout fame) look like Mary Poppins. Plenty of alternatives with cleaner records, although the jury is perennially out on whether multis have any health benefits anyway - after so many years of research, the argument for taking them still can't be made without heavy use of the weasel word "may".

Sounds great, I myself have been taking B12 Tablets for the last few weeks now just to see if any difference and I feel amazing, I also note these tablets in the deal do contain B12 as well, might give them a try
