    Also online delivery is back

  • Cadbury blocks $3.50 at the moment. Tried the new Marble one…not bad, but I never tried the original one so I have nothing to compare to.

  • BULLA CREAMY CLASSICS ICE CREAM 2L

Put the milo in the blender first (or mango, other fruit etc and blend)

Scoop the ice cream in quick as possible and blend to a firm soft serve type texture.
Then pour (a spoon helps) into tub or paper cups (modo eco living 10 pack coles) work well.
Seal with glad wrap and immediately put into freezer.
Mixed and back in the freezer in under a minute.

When ice cream melts and is refrozen it gets freezer burn, goes hard and tastes disgusting.
Because its mixed from frozen so quick it does not have a chance to properly melt. Sealing keeps it softer as well.
I normally do 2 paper cups worth in the blender (a wider base with bigger blades work much better than a skinny mixer type.
