      It is, but when you add it to cart you get a message saying shipping is no longer available.
      You can now only get them from the limited number of stores still showing stock.

    Bought it this morning. Picked it up after lunch. Pretty happy with it. Had 4 straps in it (black short, black long, grey short and grey long), so pretty much can fit big and small hands.

    I had one of these for just over a year, it literally fell completely apart the other night when I turned over in bed. The screen just fell completely open and the internal screen cable is done for. A common problem apparently with these. Up until then I was extremely happy with it, the onboard mp3 is great, and it doesn't miss notifications, which is a problem I've had with other watches. My bank doesn't support fitbit pay which was a bummer, but that could be good. I also get 4 days out of one charge which is great. So for $99, if I hadn't ordered a ticwatch pro, I'd get another one of these.

    Anyone having trouble setting it up? The app just won't detect the device. I've tried in two mobiles, same issue. Pretty frustrating as this should be a simple step!

      Set it up last night and it worked the first time. I did have some syncing issues with it dropping out but once I resumed the update it was all good.

      I did get some initial issue but restarting it help, I did notice the Wifi on the versa seems to need to be constantly reconnect and I can't seem to install any clock face (when I select on it just keep loading blank page).

      I should add that you need to have location on for Bluetooth to connect the first time.

      I got it finally working by syncing to my iPad, you might want to try a different device and see if that help.

    Ordered on Thursday afternoon, delivered Friday morning. Setting up was simple, used to own charge 2 till october.
    But, the fitbit app has became horrible. It wants to set location to always on. This is terrible.

      Are you on iOS (Apple device)? You can change it in ‘Settings’, scroll down to ‘Fitbit’ in your app list and select ‘Location’ if you want to switch it.

        Yes, i am aware i can change it. Problem
        is not whether i can change it or not. Problem is that fitbit is not respecting user’s choice of location permission and bothering with prompt box every time i open the app.

    Has anyone noticed their Versas not charging to 100%?

    We have 3 of them and 2 only charge to 99% with the 3rd charging to 97% no matter how long you leave it connected to the charger.

    Have tried different charges, cables and all 3 Versas have been updated to the latest fw.

    Anyone else having issues with music? Loaded it but the headphones don’t sound very loud at all even at maximum, connected to 2 different speakers and the music was at a higher pitch and keeps “buffering”.

      same here got a cancelled order email yesterday. The click and collect store I nominated did not have any stock left. So the online store cancelled my order

        Sorry to hear. I picked mine up in-store last week and I saw they had quite a few on shelf at my store. I guess maybe they would have tried to source from other stores until all stock had been exhausted though
