Becoming verified is usually a quick process but in some cases can take a few days to complete. Once logged in, click "Account" then "ID Verification" and you will be redirected to Green ID. The easiest and quickest way to verify is to use your passport and driver's license

give it a day or two and you should show up as verified and hopefully then you have your btc i guess?
I was able to enter my driver's license but not passport etc.
Can you actually do anything with those 15 dollars? Or do you need to have more transferred to them in order to perform any actions?
I have never tried crypto, I may just start an account and play around with $15 if possible.
There doesn't seem to be any restrictions in the T & C with the free $15

Reasons:
1. Requires mobile number verification (SMS code) and ID (passport etc.) upload verification.

When i did it, the registration process is anything BUT simple and quick. it took me having to send by letter not once, but twice, my details to verify my account.
theres also a $500 minimum transfer from Bank account to the BTC account. so before you can buy anything, you'll have to put in $500 to get the $15 bonus.

I joined yesterday and verified, that took a while, but I did not get the 15? I followed all the t and c's as well. Can you please look into this?

I received none, though my account was verified on 23/4. Other members reported they received even when they registered a few days later
I joined and got 0.0013 BTC after about 15 minutes. No minimum $500 deposit as can be see below.

if you don't trust just use coinbase.
I used coinbasd ages ago, they only did credit cards for Australian transfers no bank transfer option, in the boom a lot of credit cards decided to block this payment to stop speculation risk. So now it’s kinda of useless to get currency in or out.
