Crocs - Taking Payments & Not Completing Orders

Just a warning to everyone. There have been lots of reports of Crocs not completing order process, yet still taking payments.

I myself ordered a $50 pair of crocs on 14th of April. I have yet to receive even a order confirmation & there customer service email has stopped working - when you email customer service there is an automatic reply stating: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now". Crocs Facebook page is also full of complaints about nobody receiving stock or order confirmations.

Croc's are not responding to anyone & are still sending out daily promotions for there products which is dodgy if you ask me. I would warn anyone from purchasing online from Crocs until this is sorted out.

I have had to put a paypal dispute in & will need to wait a couple of weeks atleast until i get my money back. $50 isn't that much of deal to me, but i am sure some people, who are doing it hard & need shoes & loose $50 it would be a issue.

Crocs need to sort out there ordering or atleast stop allowing further orders until there issues are sorted out!

Taken your dignity and your money

Dignity was forfeited at precisely the moment of considering buying crocs footwear.

      • They are great for using around the garden and workshop just as UGGs are great inside the house.

Outside? Yes, dignity, pride, reproductive prowess… all forfeited.

What's actually wrong with them for outdoor use or is this just another perception thing? There's a couple of uses where they do well like beach or popping into local shop etc. Who cares what others think.

@Hybroid: I can debate this with you over many glasses of red…

… or you can just look at the thing!

I mean, you can always not care what others think but many users on OzBargain are single and you really don't want to accidentally coax them into celibacy, do you?

        • Crocs comes in varying degrees of ugliness. The sneaker version is an ok compromise between comfort and sex appeal. But then if you're good-looking enough, you can pull off any shoes :p

  • omg i bought one too couple days ago.

    • Just the one? Left or right? Perhaps you could join in with someone who only needs the other.

  • This might be useful to some of you.

I live in Brisbane and I have received the pair I ordered on the 14th of April. I was emailed the Paypal receipt as per normal. However I also noticed that there was no invoice emailed to me from Crocs as there had been for prior orders.

The first notification of delivery was emailed to me the morning of the actual delivery (22 April). The delivery was by Startrack sent from Melbourne on the 20 April.

  • Just received my order.

  • I ordered on the same date, all mail was going to SPAM folder.
