Philips Powerbank 20,000mAh Fast Charge Type C $59 Shipped @ Edragon Australia eBay Store

Philips Powerbank 20,000mah Fast Charge Type C with PD 3A + USB QC3.0 Black

Unfortunately, this is an older model of the Philips PB series, which is why it's been added to the eBay line-up.

Philips, quite a reliable brand with a long history, you know this Powerbank will last, unlike what I've heard about the Romoss PB, which I myself still purchased happily recently, which does come with a lovely power remaining % UI.

  • Comes in a very slick design, looks easy enough to slide in your pocket with your phone up against it.

  • This Powerbank has protection features such as over-voltage, over-current, overcharge, & discharge, making it safe to use on your gadget.

Key Features
* Charge 3 devices simultaneously
* Compatible with QC(Quick Charge) Technology
* 18W Max output Type-C & USB-A
* Overcharge/discharge/current protection
* Cable included

I'm genuinely too scared to put as much effort into this deal, as the last one I did was a scam.

    That $170 looks like fake RRP.

    Search on product code (Philips DLP8720C) is showing that the usual price around the world is around $60, e.g.:
    https://global.rakuten.com/en/store/royalphilips/item/dlp872…

    Might be still a good value (as it has Type-C and PD), but 65% discount it is not.

      I'd skip it. You don't even know if it's genuine.

  • Should Ebay not appear in title?

    • Yes, thank you davidem, as I was editing styles, I forgot to add it back in.

      I concur

    • I don't know about Xiaomi been more reputable than phillps, I purchased one before a trip to Japan and it completely died 3 days in.

        Any product has random duds, I think on the most part Xiaomi are pretty reputable. Did you get it replaced under warranty?

        In terms of Xiaomi being more reputable than Phillips, I think that applies just to powerbanks. I've never in my life heard of a Phillips powerbank.

      • I've also had issues with a xiaomi powerbank not charging properly. So I'd be careful about thinking they are better than others. My kogan powerbank has been the best one i've ever bought so far.

    $170 RRP? My hairy ass it is.

    You don’t need to show how good a brand is by bashing other brands.

    • Bashing? I pointed out informative facts, I even stated that I purchased the Romoss one.

    If we all post "deals" from ebay based on its advertised RRP, this site would be flooded by junk. I can very well post a deal for items that are $50 that has a marked RRP of $500.

    • +1

      This was my second post of a deal ever, I'd hardly call my behaviour a form of flooding.

      • Thanks for the post my friend.

      • I never refered to this specific post as "flooding", I said "if".
        What's stopping me post that "Gentrax Inverter Generator" on that same ebay deals page that has a listing price of $629 has a stated RRP of $1600 (61% off)

        Im not attacking you in anyway, im just saying dont take ebay prices as the gospel.

    • Sadly Ozbargain is already becoming flooded with junk since RRP 'bargains' (haha yeah, right).

      Not that this deal is the same thing though - but it's not particularly cheap compared with better offerings from other reputable brands like Xiaomi.

      And don't think that Philips is good at power banks now because they were good at radios 30 years ago. The management changes often and the quality changes with it.

  • LiPo not LiIon, in that size, no thanks.
