    I remember watching Pewds and Markiplier do let's plays on this game. It drew me in so much that I decided to play them. Fantastically terrifying!

    Okay, I made an account just to say this:

    Appreciate the posts @Lysander, but could you date when the actual giveaways are instead of just saying stuff along the lines of “this week’s freebies”, or “the next freebies are here”?

    Because every time I see these posts, it’s a process of forgetting what Epic’s actually stated the next giveaway, getting excited at new stuff, then realising that this week’s freebie is… not actually the one “this week”.

    Driving me absolutely mental, I tell ta 🙃

      You can open epic app which you will remind you with a pop up notice.

        I don’t miss the deals because I check the actual epic page anyway every week; it’s labeling the freebies as being “here” when they’re not that gets me every time

          That's been answered before: Say someone didn't know this was an upcoming freebie and they bought the game today. It's so people don't inadvertently buy when a freebie is on the way.

          Ah, another advantage of an OzB account: You can hide all Epic Games deals because you are checking the Epic site manually anyway. No more cuckoos in your head. :)

      For me, seems like every Friday is Freebie Friday, so I just login to the Epic Store and add whatever is free that day to my library - no need to check OzB.

      There have only been a few times where they released freebies on different days (when there's a special sales period or something.

    The design of the game looks a little bit childish. The story sounds nice, I've watched a game-promo on its web-site. Due to corona holiday I can afford playing games on my own. Can't wait to start it in May.

      I think you are forgetting Steam and Epic are competing companies. Why would a giveaway to draw on customers be accessible on the opponent’s platform.

      The list is a compilation of all freebies since they started giving them.
      Typically the freebie expires after a week. After that it goes back to full price.
      You cannot get past freebies for free now. Sorry.
