While looking for something else in the category, I came across this stapler. Price of the same product on eBay and elsewhere on internet (e.g.) is in the range of $20 to $40. Reviews are good on Amazon as well as everywhere. Seems to be a good price for what it's worth.

    Are staples included ?

Not sure, JV. The product description doesn't say anything about it. I will know when I receive mine.

    Would Milton buy this stapler?

I've had 2 lives. Pre-Rexel Matador Stapler Pro and Post-Rexel Matador Stapler Pro. The way the machine crunches staples through A4 paper is a sight to behold. The strong metal body and it's perfect weight distribution can only be compared to the balance of nature itself. Stainless steel means zero maintenance.

I give this product 3 out 5. Colour could be nicer.

    • After all that praise, why only 3/5?

        "Colour could be nicer"

  • We had this in office. Can't say for others but my experience with it not good. Claim to staple through 25 pages but if you use the cheap staples you don't get that, I thought it would be good because of its metal construction but other than heavy the stapling ability is nothing to justifying to a cheaper plastic built version, I paid close to 30 dollars for it and it simply didn't last and keep on trapping the staples inside the cartridge as it tried to push 2 staples down each time.

I thought paper is becoming obsolete?

    • Nah, the only reason you've not being seeing it is people have been stock piling it to wipe their bums.

  • Thank you. I've bought one as I was planning to buy for last 2 weeks but never got around to buy it.

Note that it accepts 26/6 and 24/6 staples.

Good price on a box of 5000 Rexel 24/6 staples too - these are $17 at Officeworks.

For some reason the 26/6 Box of 1000 is more expensive than the stronger 24/6 box of 5000, so maybe it's a price error.

    its no swingline…

  • A good stapler but if you want to do 10+ sheets of paper at once you need to use good staples. If i remember correctly it comes with a small box of Rexel 26/6 staples which are good staples. The tension head thing has a strong spring so you want to use singular strips of staples - not chuck multiple pieces into it otherwise they can jam up sometimes in the staple head.

I paid full-whack at Officeworks and had no buyers remorse. This price at Amazon is a bargain.

  • the price now is $18.85 :(

back to full price another low stock flash sale from amazon ,over it.

too right - over it as well

    • To be fair, it wasn't a highlighted sale (lightning deal, daily deal or anything similar). I just spotted it and realised that its price was good.
