[Backorder] Logitech C925e Full HD Webcam + Audio Technica ATGM1-USB Mic Bundle $174 + Delivery @ PLE

102

Currently listed as 'Stock coming' for Heatherton (VIC) and WA Warehouse but Heatherton store confirmed that new stock is due by 30 April. He couldn't confirm how many but a nice price if you can get it and don't mind waiting a week or two for delivery. Not sure about the WA Warehouse or delivery prices outside Vic / WA.

Cheapest in stock price for webcam only is $299 from Scorptec. I can't find the mic available anywhere in stock ($69 from PLE if you were to place a seperate backorder).

  • Um…just googled C925E webcam, and it can clearly be had for around $160-170, not $299.

Not that this isn't a bad deal, just putting things in perspective.

(Sorry, can I delete my comment? Didn't see OP said in-stock)

    • in stock though? If so post link

        This isn't in Stock either.

Lots of shops have pre-order and claim to have stock coming by <insert date> then that date keeps getting pushed back.

        • Good luck finding stock of anything at the moment. I expect that any retailer that claims an earlier date than others is probably doing so in the hopes of getting more orders. But most likely they will get pushed back further.

Webcams are still sold out at virtually every Australian computing retailer/chain, whether they're online or bricks-and-mortar based.

  • Logitech C925e are usually around $120-$130?
    And the mic around $62.
    $16 delivery

Reviews on the mic isn't too good.

Good luck finding a C925e anywhere for the normal price, even on backorder.

Edit: Updated title to capture delivery cost outside VIC/WA.

      • Yeah if you need one now then it is a good deal.
I have the Brio 4K and Blue Yeti which have been good to use.

If you can wait, there are better mics.

        • what's a good reasonably priced mic?

          • @jeffr: The Fifine Technology mics are good value.
            Rode and Yeti are overpriced.

  • I just need a proper external webcam - difficult to get hold of one now; unless going for unbranded one from ebay, or over inflated price.

  • I'm confused how you integrate a mic in to your set up because if you have a separate speaker you'll getting echoes right? Do you have to have headphones on for listening and then use the mic for talking because if so it defeats the purpose for me.

    • Good noise cancellation software like the RTX one for example would help, but it does make it trickier if you have speakers of course.

In a conference call that method (headphones) lets you hear them better anyway.

    • It's no different to using a mic on your webcam

  • This isn't even in stock. We don't know if the 30th (which is still a while away!) is an accurate timeline.

It's not even obvious that it's out of stock on the page itself.

  • No stock, what a shock!

  • Still waiting for it….
