2nd the best, 1st the worst

I got one from these brand. 4.5 stars rating at Amazon. Great for YouTube, absolutely trash for music, no bass at all.

        • The truengine se's by soundpeats are very good for bass.

But it seems the QCC3020 chip handles a2dp way worse than aptx.

Once I got a new phone the could do aptx the bass picked up massively! And it already wasnt lacking.

Gamesky youtube said it was the second best under usd50.

1st probably can't be had for under AUD50.

      • It can for a special favour ;)

exactly, the sifi bomaker is really expensive in Oz

        • Its also quite bright from other reviews.

I own 2 different soundpeats and couldnt be happier.

    • Best cheap ones. They still have loads of connection and reliability issues, but they are the second best cheapo

Do you need to have + delivery in the title considering these are over$39?

  • These or the TaoTronics TT-BH079 SoundLiberty 79 deal for running and HIIT sessions?

  • 100 hours charging time is insane. I think my AirPods 2 which I got from eBay for $99 is 25 hours. Anyone has these?

    • My airpods 2 I got gifted for free only has 24 hours.

      • I'd feel for you if they were gifted to you at a cost

        • I guess they were, that I would reciprocate the gesture

  • Apparently the cheapest price according to the amazon au review is $42.99

  • My old soundpeats have been great

I purchased this model last month. For $50 you can't really go wrong

    So Far:
Good fit and don't pop out.
Sound for music is fine. As said before these aren't the bassiest pair around but still fine and clear.
Call quality is fine so far. Clear both ways.
Battery life and Charging is awesome. USB C powered case doubles as a powerbank. Haven't even had to charge it yet!
Once you work out the touch controls its quite easy and intuitive.
Bluetooth Connection is extremely quick as soon as you take these out of the case.

I bought this one for $56 about two weeks ago. Currently, I only use it for out door walk and run. Sits very well in the ear and Handles sweat as well. Connectivity is great. USB-C charging is good. Blocks street noise pretty decently too.

However, don’t buy this to listen music. God, it is an awful experience. No bass for sure. I could not tell about the calling experience as I still haven’t figured how to control it. It started to go crazy as I tapped on the buds the other day.

Only buy this if you are planning to use it to listen to podcasts. And, outer ear starts to hurt after a an hour or so. Not sure how this compares to their $20 versions.

    • Oh that’s not good that it hurts your ear. Is the clip hurting the ear? Just got a pair for my dad.

      • I think it is the wing that annoys the nerves. But, it is the reason why the buds don’t fall off. So, I believe all the buds out there would be the same. This is first of this kind I ever had.

You get the wings in 3 sizes. That might help too.

  • I've got other Soundpeats models, but keen to get something more specifically designed for sport - particularly for my running.

I note the ones linked in this post have little 'fins'to help keep them in position during exercise, so need to decide between getting these or the TrueWings model they offer. Anyone tried both and well-placed to compare?

    • 22 hours total charge time seems pale in comparison to this 100 hours.

      • Just keep in mind that 100 hours charge time means a very big and heavy case.

        • Its not that big or heavy. Plus you can re-purpose as a small top up power bank.

          • @jmw2207: For comparison, I couldn't fit it in my coin pocket in my jeans as they were so big. Just something to consider. If you put them in a backpack or purse then yes should be fine.

Here is a picture, keeping in mind the other soundpeats case is still not even that slim.

            • @onlinepred: shit, its that big? i know its big, but dunno its that big….and i just order one this morning….

              • @crazychocolate: Haha it's a huge battery man, how else do you think they would fit it in ;-) More battery life out of case = bigger battery = bigger/heavier case Most cases are like 300-500mah, this is 3000mah.

  • how is this vs the trueengine dual drivers?
