Noting here yet. Although website was super glitchey for me. Said my paypal order didn't go through, asked to retry, did twice, then whole thing fell over.
And yet 5 mins later got an order confirmation.
No cashback confirmation as of this morning.
Got 5 days to pick up before they refund me. Guess I'll wait. Was an impulse order anyway.
Why is cashback such hard work?
Appears your payment issue may have caused loss of tracking for cashback as you should well and truly have received the pending funds in your account by now. You can either cancel, or lodge a cashback claim after 7 days.
Assumed as much - gonna let it expire and get the refund.
Save even more that way.

hi TA - same payment issue here with Paypal went through in second try but no tracking email - I'll lodge a claim, first time this has happened with me, so I hope CR will honor the CB claim

My order will arrive tomorrow, I don't understand the 7 day wait for claims?
But I'm getting annoyed at always having issues with the 20%+ cashbacks. I'm at the point I will start returning, and just stop using it.

I placed an order and.my credit card has been charged twice. Spoke to them yesterday …. now I wait for a refund.
Cashback tracked at 20% off GST reported (email came after a few mins). Will be interesting to see how long delivery takes (note they only offer standard now). I had to create an account, but can't see my order in the account when logging in which is strange.
