  • GST Free? how do you actually manage to sell this from AU warehouse?

    • Want to ask the same.

    • We have two warehouse in Australia and have paid GST when transferring the goods to the warehouse.

      • So when we purchase, the money is not going into an Australian entity but it is fulfilled from within Australia?

    • Not sure about that "paid GST when transferring good" .. but if turnover is < $80k business doesn't need to register for GST.

    • +1

Or does it mean that GST is included in the price (rather than adding it on for deliveries from overseas)?

    • might just be the grey imports and sell it directly here without paying gst? Doubt they can provide receipt tho

  • +1

Anyone used these before? Missus needs a cheap power bank that's not too bulky

    • +2

Yes, I've got an older model, and it is excellent. Don't make the same mistake I used to do (and buy ultra cheapo power banks off of ebay). Always unstable power output, & they're dead a year or so later anyway. Look at the reviews for the Blitzwolfs.

  • So tempted but… already have 3 others… not QC3 though

I got the Kogan one when it was just under $20. It works really well. Has extra usb and quick charge for the power bank too with usb c

      never buy kogan brand stuffs…

      • +3

Disagree. I have bought several Kogan products and I've been happy with all of them….including a couple of battery banks similar to the one linked above. However, I would never claim that all Kogan-branded stuff is good - they're clearly hit and miss and they're usually a cut-price product with a lower quality and/or performance standard.

All I'm saying is that you should do some research before buying any kind of product, especially if it's expensive and/or important for your work or lifestyle. There are very few brands I trust implicitly - it's always best to be skeptical until you've done some reading, seen some reviews, looked at the alternatives and reached an informed opinion.

I am skeptical of all Kogan products as well, but I have the Kogan 18W powerbank and it's great.

I was waiting for a deal on the ZMI 18W charger (which I do think looks way better), but bought the kogan in the meantime and I liked it enough not to bother getting the ZMI. I have ZMI QB820 as my 20,000mah charger, and generally prefer ZMI, but the Kogan 18W is actually slimmer than the ZMI 18W, and in the 10,000mah size, I am prioritising compactness.

For me, Kogan 18W 10,000mah and ZMI 45W 20,000mah is a great combo!

(FWIW, I will still buy the ZMI 18W if a nice deal comes along! aha.) :)

Kogan over Blitzwolf..!?!?!!?? Oh my goodness no. Blitzwolf is actually a very decent brand, especially concerning power banks and wall chargers. I know from personal experience.

Anyone on the fence… seriously… Go the blitzwolf. You won't be disappointed.

I got one from the same deal. Highly recommended

  • If it’s from AUS warehouse and duties already paid why bother to put the USD price in the title? Is it to make people think it’s cheaper at first glance?

    • If it's in AUS then hopefully would turn up fast, not 5-7 weeks like stuff from China.
Last time ordered a slab of Coronas from Kogan turned up real fast.

So this is essentially 2-way? Ie PD using usb-C to usb-C cable same port for charging the powoer bank and the phone?
It's very handy if phone is usb-C.. I like the Romoss 20 I have but woudln't midn a smaller power bank too.

    • +2

Chinese store must include both the US & AU price in the title.

  • 18W Max Dual Output(Type-C + SUB ) and Input(Type-C + Micro)

    what is SUB?

    • +6

      Subwoofer

      • +1

        That was gold. Lol

  • Will this fast charge iPhone 11 Pro?

    • It'll fast charge iPhone 11 Pro through USB-C to lightning cable.

  • +1

Is this a better deal/product than the ROMOSS one posted the other day? Main diff I can see is this is only 10,000mAH and that one had options all the way up to 30,000.

    • The 10,000mAh ROMOSS only supported 5V 2.1A (~10W) input/output. This one supports 18W and QC/PD.

  • -2

It has a MicroUSB port … not interested .. I know the USB-C can be used an input .. but I just don't want anything with MicroUSB anymore .. it's days are over.

    • +1

At the risk of getting neg'd (not sure what that does anyway), agree.

    • +1

Micro USB fan boys can't accept it's over.

  • Does this come with any cables? Can you charge the unit the same time as charging a phone?

  • Sold out after I was in checkout

    • +2

Same, my fault for browsing to see if there was anything else I wanted.

  • Any wireless power bank deal?

  • Went to add some cables to my order, but couldn't find a Blitzwolf USB-c to USB-c Ampcore. Have they stopped doing them?

  • +1

Please make the BW-10 availabile in Aus!

    • i want that too

  • damn missed it. More discounted ones rep?
