  Took me 6 weeks to get my event cinema tickets refunded as credit which is pathetic!!!

  There is hardly anything worth buying atm at Groupon.

    My refund for a restaurant was actioned fast. My issue was, the restaurant still open for pick up, but the restaurant wouldn’t let me pick up and wanted me to extend voucher. I requested refund as it is difficult to know when eat-in will recommence. It was a significant amount and now I have useless credit to use within 30-days. I still want my Greek feast!

      Same, what is even going to be open within the next 30 days…

      I've got 25 days left till my offers expire, have spoke to the bank hoping they'll handle it but they said unlikely as I use paypal and not the card straight up.

        If you threaten them multiples times with fair trade they will give you 1 year validity in credits plus ability to renew again if not used after 1 year.
