My parent's nespresso coffee system broke after 7 years.
Thought this is a good price for a replacement. I like these lattisimo units as their milk funxrions are far better than the "stirrer" ones that tend to burn the milk jug where the whisker is.

FWIW, that's a refurb. Good price though.
This is the newer model that came out a few years ago. We upgraded to it about 18 months ago and it worked great for about 6months then the milk unit stopped working (I later found out this is a very common problem) after a lot of complaining and arguments between the retailer HN and Nespresso, HN agreed to replace it. Then a couple of months later the next one had the same fault. More arguing and Nespresso changed it over. Another couple of months later and it went again. So decided we didn’t want another one of the same model. More arguments between retailer and Nespresso before we eventually agreed on a settlement and upgraded to different model. HN were pretty good through all this, but Nespresso kept wanting us to send them the machine to be looked at and repaired, while we were potentially without a machine for weeks.
I have the older model and it’s being going strong for the past 8 years.
I had a Touch before upgrading to a manual machine over a year ago and had no issues with it. Left it for my parents and it's still going strong. Maybe HN had a bad batch or something.
It's $70 of coffee credit, not cash back.
