  I reiterate groupon are scam merchants, deceitful operators and do not act in good faith and will happily rip you off and if you have a problem you will be emailing someone in Tanzania. Disgusting company.

    I wish I did more refunds in March when they were still refunding back to your bank! I now have credit which is hard to use and expires in 180 days.

      I am doing a charge back through my bank as I made a purchase of a significant amount and was told by the vendor to get a refund but still groupon tried to give me credits, it takes them days to reply to each individual email goes to the bottom of the chain to the top again and takes days to get a one line response, there is nowhere to call so I am trying the charge back, then I will try consumer affairs then I will try court then I will try hunt them down but I am getting my money back.

        It will probably take a week, I put in a refund request within 7 days within the guidelines of their fine print and I was told by the vendor they cannot provide and to get a refund, all documented. I paid $664 for a course. I am not letting it go. Yeah I used a credit card, well visa debit.
