      i bought one of their Rebel Sports gift cards yesterday and it was in my email within minutes, obviously might be different for Amazon Gift Cards though

      Varies from gift card to gift card. I ordered the Coles one last Saturday, but had to wait till Monday mid day to receive it in my inbox. They officially state that all gift cards will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Some are faster, though.

      You don't have to use all balance at once. It acts like account credit.

      Don't need to use all in one go, but the gift card gets tied to your account upon initial use.
      So the balance sits against your account, and by default it will try to use it on a subsequent purchase (so save it for sub & save deals where no cashback applies)

    Btw the Entertainment one has expired - back down to 3% plus the 1.25% processing fee so barely worth it. A $50 card costs $49.11!

    I can't see Amazon gift card anywhere under hcf thanks. I can see every other retail gift card with 4%-5% discounts. I have opal member benefits so may be I am not eligible?

    EDIT: I am a dufus. Just read your post and searched for it. Mine shows 5% FTW (if that's what kids say nowdays)

    Has anybody got their gift cards ? I placed order on 9/5, got confirmation email but no gift card, queried them via email yesterday who replied that my order was not successful and full refund provided.

    So I have never been able to buy any gift cards from HCF Thankyou. Everytime I hit that 'Redeem Now' link it leads me to the login page which automatically redirects to the Home page as I'm already logged in. Countless attempts, same result, endless loop. Anyone has the same issue?

      Yes, this happens to me on Chrome. I switch to Firefox and it worked. I assume clearing the cache on Chrome would work as well but haven't tried it yet.

          This happens to me too on Chrome, even tried doing it at the local library once (Chrome as well) and had no luck. Contacted HCF and every time they say they'll raise it with IT and good luck to you :(

      Not exactly - you have to be a HCF member, but as far as I know, HCF membership is open to most people.

    edit: it is still there. they just make it hard to find. need to redeem now another reward first.
