Budget direct roadside assistance is average in Canberra. Told 60 mins but arrived in 80-90 mins both times. Although tracker is ok, but it works when the team member has activated from their side. Service was ok for jumpstarting the battery and poor for replacing the flat tyre.

I have roadside with them and used twice.
The first time was for engine problem was out to me within 30 min's and second time was flat battery happy with the service

FYI for those with Lapsed RACV RA.
RACV have 50% off for VIC Roadside right now…it's not advertised but they gave me a call because my RA had expired (and i wasn't planning on renewing atm because i'm WFH.). i thought it was a scam so i told them i'll think about it. After calling RACV, they confirmed the call did come via their 3rd party call centre so i called them back and paid $54.14 for the year. Payments could be done over the phone, but i asked for them to apply the discount and paid via the normal RACV online portal.
I called RACV and they didnt offered any thing like that. Any number you can give where i can call.
