I recommend the author to people who loves fantasy books such as lord of the rings, harry potter, robin hobb, r.a salvatore, robert jordan, david eddings.
If they ever make the books into movies I reckon it would be as successful as the lord of the rings trilogy.
@Ausdave: Magician series rocked and would make an excellent series of TV or movies. Actually going full Rift War Sage with Janny Wurz's stories too, the series would be extremely popular among the ladies as well I imagine.
