      Agreed, I believe TobyDeals was a 'factory direct' drop shipper, and with various chains currently interrupted, the drop shipping seems to be taking the hit.

    Ordered one 2 weeks ago. Until now no tracking number. Sent multiple emails and they are not keen on replying at all. I'll just refund request using PayPal dispute. This phone was supposed to be a birthday gift to my nephew. Already ordered a case and screen protector for it too and they arrived last week. Disappointed on their lack of response.

        The fact that the camera on my note 3 pro from 4 years ago was pretty good makes me think you have an exaggerated sense of what bad and good is.
        its weak points are things few sub $1000 phone are gonna do great in (night video, really dark photos).
        This will easily meet most peoples needs for picture quality

            But sorry i really haven't looked up anything to do with the 9s.
            I was looking at all the phones at end of last year which is how i have an idea on this note 8 pro, but the 9s is quite new.
            Your best bet is just google note 8 pro vs note 9s. Find a youtube video of their comparisons. GSMarena that does phone specs also have a good amount of photo examples in each review they do.
