I have one of these for my video doorbell and it works just as intended and very well.

It is very loud, so no issues there and connectivity is fine as well.

  word of advice in regards to pricebeat. OW refused to price match me last time as they said that did not include delivery and prime didn't count as it was a paid membership. So you'll have to get 2 or something else to also price match with

    I've price matched items using Amazon Prime with OW (in store), no issues at all. They seem not to have very consistent policies.

    It is only $1.50 difference, so I'd recommend delivery anyway.

    Try another staff member. Pretty pathetic to refuse a price match on that basis, most couldn't give a stuff and just put it through for you.

  Mine died after 12 months, not sure about the long term durability. But Ring made a 'one time exception' to replace it, and of course I had to send the old one back too. Not real happy with Ring overall, it can be a bit unreliable and miss rings/motion sometimes.

    missed rings etc are normally due to you wirless connection not being strong enough

    The one you linked is like a recently released 2nd gen version of it. Theres also a 2nd gen version of this one (non-pro) https://www.amazon.com.au/Ring-Chime/dp/B07WML8HX4

    No idea if it is much better. Although, the "pro" version is supposed to have a wifi-extender and the 1st gen ring chime pro sucked when it came to that so maybe the 2nd gen is much better now.

  Bunnings sell these as well and will price match by 10% so will be cheaper there! Only issue is trying to find stock as they are run out models.
