  • Hi Oz Bargainers please note that you are able to get $110 worth of apparel however you will need to pay $7.50 for delivery. Alternatively you can spend $102.50 and delivery is included. Any questions please don't hesitate to let me know via this forum.

  • what happened to the spend $110 and get free shipping Australia-wide that was on the website?

    • Hi there, the offer is $49 and get $110 of apparel and free shipping included so if you read the conditions we break down how much you need to spend ie $102.50 to get the free shipping. Therefore $49 gets you $110 worth of value

      • +4

The site says "$49 gets you $110 worth of Bonds apparel and shipping"

So a purchaser should expect to buy $110 of stuff and get it delivered.
The graphic even says "FREE Shipping" and "$49 = $110 to spend on Bonds apparel"

If you think this somehow means the purchasers only gets $102.50 of stuff, you need to rephrase.

        • -4

Yes it does say that which means it gets you $110 worth of value apparel and shipping INCLUDED. If you are buying a $49 voucher and it gets you $110 worth of value with the shipping included would you not agree that the offer has $110 value attached? I have made an effort to notify you of the clause along with other customers on the conditions page of our website. This offer still represents value even at $102.50 so don't know why you have voted negative. I apologies if you have misunderstood the wording of the title

        • I also see what you mean by the graphic will have production change that when they get a chance

        • @bustabanka your statement sounds misleading to me and also it's done with purpose: the deal is "you pay $49 and you get $110 of goods".
Then on your web site you say that "Voucher can be used for postage which is valued at $7.50".
On the title "spend $49 you get $102.50 free delivery" this is misleading also!

kingsville did not misunderstand the wording but it's you who made it to be misleading.

          Please avoid apologising.

  • Site says "FREE Shipping" and "$49 = $110 to spend on Bonds apparel" then where this shipping comes from?

  • Also note that when you email ikoala about an issue with your deal, they don't reply…

    • Hi Jv please let me know your query that you have e-mailed us and I will do my best to answer you today

      • +2

today is a bit late. you should've replied within 24h

      • let me know your query that you have e-mailed

why not just reply to the email ?

        • +1

Because it went in the bin long time ago so that's why they're asking for it again.

The wording still seems like $110 of apparel. There are 4 statements on the front page, 3 of which suggest there is $110 of Bonds products on offer:

"$49 gets you $110 worth of Bonds apparel and shipping"

"Just $49 for $110 to spend on Bonds entire range"

    "Free shipping Australia Wide"

"$49 = $110 Spend on ALL Bonds Apparel!"

Def. deserves a neg. for misleading statements.

That is exactly why if you read my 1st post you would understand what the offer is clearly. Not trying to hide anything here on Oz Bargains. It is still great value regardless at over 50% off.

      • Mate your statements are misleading unless you fix the problem, full stop.
Also you try to give the fault to members here for misunderstanding your crap, that doesn't look good and professional!

        • -2

In this post I have made attempts in the title to warn everyone about the deal and how it works. Number 1 Please note Free delivery is included if you spend up to $102.50. I also followed that up with a post to make sure nothing was misunderstood. If you are coming from this site onto our site then it should be clear what you are getting would you not agree?

      • The info on your post isn't the underlying problem. The misleading statement on the purchase page is the problem.

Joe Average who buys through your site does not get the benefit of this enlightening OzBargain discussion.

Joe Average will (foolishly) believe the hot chick in the picture saying "FREE Shipping" and "$49 = $110 to spend on Bonds apparel"

        • The topic of discussion is for people viewing the deal through this forum. For Joe average if he reads the conditions which I advise everyone to do then he would also know the details of the deal regardless what the hot chick is saying. Also I am trying to advertise the value to oz bargainers and I was upfront about the deal from the beginning. You either see value in it or you don't but it is still a great deal regardless of some misleading pictures. Look at the value oz bargainers!!!

        • what kind of average joe reads the conditions? A misleading site is a misleading site. that's just poor business practice

  • lol love how the rep thinks warning people in a post on ozbargain is ok rather than putting the details up CLEARLY on their own website. Unless your expecting all the traffic to your website from here, i dont think so!

  • "Just $49 for $110 to spend on Bonds entire range thanks to Can Can Lingerie. Please note Free delivery is included if you spend up to $102.50"

Delivery is NOT free if you can only spend $102.50 with the voucher instead of the advertised $110 "value". It should be rephrased to something like "voucher can be used to pay for delivery costs."

Poorly written conditions make baby koala cry.

  • Hmmmm. Regardless of whether this was $102.50 or $110 for $49, the prices on Can Can Lingerie are a fair bit more expensive compared to most physical stores. So at the end of the day, the deal doesn't save you that much at all in reality.
